- Identify, build relationships with, and recruit external candidates through multiple channels for the Supply Chain team
- Screen, interview and qualify candidates for placement, ensuring each candidate presented to hiring managers meets or exceeds their expectations
- Proactively develop and execute candidate-generation strategies using all available recruiting tools
- Develop and build long-term relationships with relevant colleges and the community and participate in relevant events (career fairs, career days, etc.)
- Build diverse candidate pipelines
- Create a stellar candidate experience: identify and anticipate candidate's needs; follow issues to closure; collaborate with the People Team to maximize the candidate experience and meet the expectations of the organization
- Manage candidate process flow through the applicant tracking system; adhere to compliance protocols and the Talent Acquisition process
- Collaborate with hiring managers and People Team business partners to create and deliver a comprehensive, compelling and competitive offer if needed
- Build long-term, candidate and hiring manager relationships
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years of experience sourcing candidates for multiple roles simultaneously using a variety of recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Previous sourcing experience with focus on passive and active candidate generation preferred
- Experience working in a high-volume corporate environment or RPO preferred
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be highly organized with strong sense of personal accountability and the desire to be responsive/fast when tasked with multiple requests
- Must have a strong attention to detail coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills
