What to expect:

***- You will accompany internal process adjustments, for example due to changing legal requirements and (digital) process optimizations of the DekaBank depot, often also in projects. This also includes the maintenance of forms and information sheets, such as account opening forms or terms and conditions.

  • You will advise on legal inquiries from daytoday business, such as customer inquiries and complaints, dispositions, powers of attorney, and estates.
  • You keep an eye on legislative projects at national and European level and can accompany them through working groups in associations, especially the German Sparkassen and Giro Association and the Association of Public Banks.
