Your responsibilities:

  • Timely and costoptimized processing of global orders using all modes of transportation
  • Independent preparation of tenders for logistics service providers
  • Monitoring of the entire supply chain and transport processes
  • Coordination and commissioning of preruns to packaging locations
  • Checking for missing parts and coordination with departments
  • Support in processing packaging and freight calculations
  • Creation of purchase requisitions
  • Verification of incoming invoices for freight services
  • Preparation of transportrelated documents
  • Expediting of deliveries to meet specified shipping dates

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • Extensive relevant work experience
  • Project experience and experience in international plant construction with global logistics preferred
  • Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
  • Good technical understanding
  • Organizational skills, quick comprehension, and teamwork
  • Very good English skills
