We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Production to oversee all aspects of construction operations for our multifamily residential projects.

As the Vice President of Production, you will be responsible for leading our production team, ensuring project delivery on time and within budget, and driving operational excellence across all phases of construction.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the production team, including project managers, superintendents, and field staff.
  • Develop and implement production strategies to optimize efficiency, quality, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to establish and achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion of projects within budgetary constraints.
  • Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships to ensure competitiveness, reliability, and quality of work.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all employees and subcontractors.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within the production team.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to develop and grow talent within the production team.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the construction process.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in construction management and production.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in construction management, with a focus on multifamily residential projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing largescale construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Indepth knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, Bluebeam) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, develop innovative solutions, and drive results.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED AP) are a plus.

$150, $190,000.00 per year
