    Description

    Our client, a prominent Los Angeles hospital system, is looking for a talented Patient Services Representatives for a contract role. This Associate level role will be fully onsite in their Los Angeles, CA location.

    Responsibilities:

    • Patient Demographic data entry
    • Insurance verification, Eligibility checks, Authorizations
    • Scheduling
    • Handling multi-line phone system
    • Customer service
    • Medical Records management
    • Special Projects as needed

    Required Qualifications:

    • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working for a high volume healthcare facility or medical office.
