is the umbrella organization for charitable providers and institutions in the Diocese of Dresden-Meißen and the leading association for social welfare in the state of Saxony.

In addition, the Caritas Association itself operates social institutions.

At our headquarters in Dresden, we are currently seeking a part-time (75%) Project Coordinator for our "Digital Accounting" project, starting as soon as possible.

The project position is initially limited to two years.


Responsibilities:


You will coordinate the process of standardizing and digitizing the accounting system within the association, which includes a central office and 17 other institutions, including eleven nursing homes and one hospital.

Building on an existing analysis of current processes and software solutions, you will work with responsible specialists and managers from the affected areas to develop a project plan with the goal of implementing efficient central planning, as well as success and liquidity control.

You will also manage the implementation of individual project steps and support the processes with your professional expertise.

You will report on the progress, milestones, and results of the project to the relevant department head and the board.


Qualifications:


You have proven qualifications and professional experience in the areas of IT (complex software solutions, interface solutions, networks) as well as in business management, particularly in corporate accounting and bookkeeping.
