Oncology Specialist Nurse (m/f/d):

Your responsibilities:

Providing information, advice, and training to patients and their families on all nursing-related matters - Participating in ensuring and monitoring the quality of care on the ward - Assisting in ensuring nursing-related care for discharge and transfer planning to the home environment and/or inpatient care facilities, taking into account oncological aspects - Planning, organizing, and conducting oncological nursing visits - if necessary, implementing and conducting nursing consultations - Collaborating in interdisciplinary, patient-specific case discussions/conferences - Assisting in the creation and updating of procedures related to oncological nursing - Supporting the training of new employees and providing guidance to participants in the oncology specialist training program - Participating in internal and external specialist training and nursing conferences - Attending internal and external specialist training for personal development and further education - Participating in quality assurance procedures (e.g. certification processes) - Supporting nursing research activities - Interprofessional collaboration

Completed vocational training as a health and nursing professional with a completed specialist
