We are looking for a

ACCOUNTANT (m/f/d) - ACCOUNTS PAYABLE & RECEIVABLE

to join our team at our Heidingsfeld location as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

  • Handling of bookings in accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconciliation of accounts payable and resolution of discrepancies
  • Communication with suppliers regarding payment terms
  • Monitoring of incoming payments and collection activities
  • Resolution of open items and reconciliation of accounts receivable
  • Preparation of reports and analyses for management
  • Close collaboration with purchasing and other relevant departments
  • Assistance in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Online banking transactions

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial education
  • Several years of experience in accounts payable and receivable desired
  • Structured, meticulous, and reliable work style, even under high workload
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit, and customer-oriented thinking
  • Commitment, dedication, and a strong understanding of numbers
