Currently, we are looking for a colleague (m/f/d) for our internal team who is eager to develop into a versatile employee.


Responsibilities:
Daily processing and monitoring of incoming orders

Sales-oriented customer support and competent advice on our products

Timely response to customer inquiries via email and telephone

Collaboration with key account managers and management

Daily communication with federal agencies such as the Federal Ministry of Transport

Administrative tasks such as master data management or creating reports


Qualifications:
Completed commercial or technical education

Strong customer orientation and a strong personality

Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
