    Summary
    The Chocolate Systems Production Specialist are responsible for all Chocolate manufacturing and production needs of MM Development Company.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    Experience with Selmi brand chocolate equipment preferred, but not required.

    Experience in creating confections and tempering chocolates required

    Set up, operate and maintain all equipment related to chocolate manufacturing; including but not limited to melting tanks, tempering machines, molding lines, cooling tunnels, depositing systems and automated foil wrapping equipment.

    Maintain product inventory, production supplies, and equipment needs.

    Assist in cGMP compliance documentation and record-keeping measures.

    Assist in the training of new employees in a variety of chocolate manufacturing and packaging techniques.

    Performs other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Education and/or Experience
    6 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Language Skills
    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

    Mathematical Skills
    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.

    Reasoning Ability
    Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
    Must possess a Nevada State Agent Card and be 21 years of age or older.

    While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; extreme cold and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
