    Identifies, analyzes, and resolves moderately complex problems with business communication systems. Self-directed, requires only occasional direction by a more senior resource. Contributes significantly to client satisfaction and interfaces with clients with defined tasks. Presents technical issues to small groups and writes descriptions of their work. Manages multiple priorities and assists Associate Consultants in organizing work. Provides updates on project responsibilities and dependencies. Works with limited guidance on projects within defined criteria. Provides solutions to a diverse range of moderately complex problems.

    **ABOUT THE OPPORTUNTIY**

    This role is remote anywhere within the United States. Applicants must already be in the United States and this role is not eligible for sponsorship.

    The Solution Delivery Consultant manages the design, development, and support of scalable, application-sequenced engagement solutions to address the enterprise-wide opportunities of Avaya customers.

    To be successful in this role you will self-starting team player designing and driving collaborative solutions across all types of voice and digital communication channels

    **ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES**

    researches, architects, designs, writes and tests new software solutions

    enhances existing systems by analyzing and identifying areas for improvement/modification

    designs reporting solutions to satisfy business needs

    manages the integration of hardware, software and customer back-end solutions

    maintains systems by monitoring, identifying and correcting software defects

    assists with writing deployment and operational documentation

    **RESPONSIBILITIES (Cont.)**

    collaborates closely with other team members in a virtual work environment

    consults clients/colleagues concerning the maintenance and performance of software systems and asks questions to obtain information, clarifies details and implements information, and investigates new technologies

    constantly updates technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and/or external courses, reading manuals and accessing new applications

    demonstrates problem-solving and lateral thinking as part of a team, or individually

    follows technical troubleshooting methodology

    manages the technical correctness and completeness of integrated system designs and provides solutions to a diverse range of complex problems

    contributes to the development of company objectives and principles and achieves goals in creative and effective ways

    shares new knowledge and lessons learned as training for other team members

    translates complex concepts and designs into simple to follow examples

    **ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS**

    Proven experience with application integration and complex technology systems.

    SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

    Must be Detail Oriented.

    Time Management and Self Management skills expected.

    Must be effective in a virtual working environment.

    Web API (Application Programming Interface) experience preferred

    VMware knowledge preferred

    CSP (Common Services Platform) and Kubernetes/Docker knowledge preferred

    3 - 6 Years of Experience **Education**
