The HIH Invest has outsourced various activities internally and externally in connection with the management of funds and real estate.

These outsourcings are subject to regulatory requirements, which must be monitored both before the start of an outsourcing and continuously thereafter.

In the Fund Operations department, you will take on the role of outsourcing controller and work closely with colleagues from other departments and external outsourcing companies.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Regular review and evaluation of the performance of outsourcing companies through quality management audits
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with service agreements
  • Coordination, processing, communication, and reduction of underperformance by outsourcing companies
  • Handling and processing of claims related to outsourced activities
  • Participation in the creation of service agreements in coordination with the legal department
  • Conducting risk analyses for new outsourcings
  • Communication with internal and external partners and supervision of external auditors
  • Monitoring changes in legal requirements (KAGB, AIFM-VO, KAMaRisk)

We expect from you:


  • A degree in business administration or law and/or
  • Several years of experience in consulting and/or auditing in the investment law sector, auditing, or similar fields
  • Good knowledge of investment law and IT affinity
  • Good English and computer skills, especially in MS Office
  • Independent work style, assertiveness, and strong communication and teamwork skills
