Matratzen Concord is Europe's largest specialist for mattresses with almost 600 stores and around 1500 employees in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Our mission is to find the right mattress for every customer through individual and competent consultation, whether in-store or online.

  • Your main tasks include customer consultation and active sales
  • In addition to handling the complete sales process, you also take care of everything else that needs to be done in the store; this includes
    • Ordering and receiving goods
    • Designing the store according to guidelines from headquarters
    • Maintaining cleanliness in the store
  • You enjoy sales and interacting with customers, and you radiate this enthusiasm
  • You have previous experience as a retail salesperson or are a career changer, such as a restaurant manager, baker, or hairdresser
  • You work independently and meticulously, and you collaborate well with your colleagues as a team
  • You are motivated and dedicated, as well as flexible and helpful
  • You are willing to work in different store locations as needed
