We are looking for a customer advisor (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time for our manned sales point in Bremen Hbf (also temporarily in Verden and Achim) starting immediately.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WITH US:

  • Your main focus will be advising customers on all tariff and servicerelated questions in person, over the phone, and in writing, as well as selling tickets.
  • You will handle servicerelated customer inquiries in a serviceoriented manner, record them administratively, and manage them until they are resolved.
  • Complaint management is also part of your responsibilities.
  • You will independently and responsibly handle correspondence with customers.
  • You will provide tariff and timetable information.
  • You will manage lost and found items.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably as a travel agent (m/f/d) or traffic service clerk (m/f/d), or several years of professional experience in a similar position and acquired knowledge in sales.
  • Previous experience in conflict resolution.
  • Structured and independent way of working.
  • Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to work in shift schedules (day shifts).
  • Strong customer service orientation and flexibility with working hours.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Driver's license class B desirable.
