- Supervise all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, record-keeping, training, and performance evaluation.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the seafood and ready-meal sector.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, fostering continuous growth and development.
- Implement performance appraisal systems to assess employee performance and offer feedback for enhancement.
- Keep abreast of HR systems and regulations nationwide to ensure adherence to local laws.
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing requirements and assist in human resource support for business expansion.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, handle communication, organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a must.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in HR management, preferably in the seafood or food industry.
- Thorough understanding of recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes.
- Familiarity with HR systems and regulations in the US to ensure company compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with employees at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Capacity to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Preferably possess HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR).
