Job Requirements and Duties:

BS degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration
Proven working experience in a manufacturing environment
Inventory Control & Management
Drive Continuous Improvement
Lean Manufacturing
Proficiency in the implementation and use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.
Materials Management
Strong IT/systems background.
Experience in shipping and receiving
Supply chain and inventory management systems
Inventory, cycle counts & production variances
Purchase supplies and materials according to specifications
Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
Skilled at negotiation and networking
Understanding of forecasting and budgeting
Strong project management and leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
