- Monitors client meetings, admission, continued stay and discharge criteria.
- Insures timely completion of reports and data submission
- On call coverage during and after program hours as assigned.
- Participates in committees to improve agency service delivery and quality improvement.
- Expert knowledge of assessment, diagnosis and treatment for assigned population, risk assessment, crisis management.

Works directly as a clinician, in the office and the community, with assigned clients who experience symptoms of major mental illness and/or severe emotional disorders.
POSITION CORE COMPETENCIES:

Experience:
A minimum of 2 years' experience as a clinician preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
LCSW in the state of CT required.
Additional Qualifications:
Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
