Key Responsibilities:
As a Roofing Branch Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
Sales Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our footprint in the roofing market and establishing strategic partnerships.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Team Development: Hire, train, and mentor sales professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to capitalize on market trends, staying ahead of the competition.
Budget Management: Oversee budgetary planning, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, or equivalent related experience.
Proven track record of success in roofing or related sales, with a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience.
Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire a team to achieve and exceed targets.
In-depth knowledge of the roofing industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth, KPI's, and statistical management.
