- Analyzes conversion data provided from multiple source systems
- Documents, designs, and creates specifications for use by conversion teams
- Reviews converted data to ensure accuracy
- Ensures documentation from respective source vendors is updated and retained for future reference
- Supports all facets of the application mix being implemented for the new client
- Analyze product problems resulting from design flaws and propose solutions.
- Develop and maintain application knowledge in area of design.
- Perform complex functions to design COCC products and assists in testing, implementation, training, and support of those designs.
- Communicate with Customer Service and Product teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client needs.
- Create and maintain documentation for support and development items.
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science or related or equivalent work experience is preferred for this role but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications.
- Minimum 3-4 years systems support or design experience in a banking or financial services environment.
- Proficient in SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL, MySQL).
- Knowledge of specific Banking applications - Online Banking is a plus.
- Knowledge of Relational Database Concepts.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret banking periodicals, professional/technical journals and technical procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management both orally and in writing.
- Solid analytical skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Rotational production support is required.
- Some weeks require work over 40 hours.
