    Pecheles Toyota is looking for highly motivated, outgoing, enthusiastic individuals to join our Sales Team

We will train the right people to quickly become confident, successful Honda Sales experts Teachers and Service Professionals are especially encouraged to apply

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide a superior customer experience by delivering professional, engaging, and knowledgeable vehicle presentation
    • Successfully demonstrate vehicle technology and features
    • Engage in continuing education and learning opportunities
    • Apply training to aid customers in vehicle selection and make recommendations
    • Accurately track and follow up with all leads, prospects, and tasks utilizing the company provided software and technology
    • Inspect inventory regularly and report concerns to General Manager

    Qualifications:

    • Be driven, outgoing, and eager to learn new skills to meet & exceed sales goals
    • Commitment to excellent customer service, including ability to create & maintain customer relationships
    • Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays (5 days/week)
    • Maintain professional attire and appearance
    • Valid Driver's License
    • Clean driving record
    • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
