Position Summary

Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm


Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and follow up on customer questions and concerns.
  • Review all Net Express orders and make corrections as necessary.
  • Coordinate special deliveries, orders, and requests.
  • Edits orders received for price and nomenclature.
  • Inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by the customer.
  • Writes or types order forms, or enters data into the computer, to determine the total cost for the customer.
  • Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
  • Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.
  • Works closely with the warehouse for any order discrepancies and inventory issues.
  • Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
  • Carry out other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned or required.

Qualifications
-
Education & Experience_

  • High School Diploma or equivalent degree.
  • 02 years of experience in a customer service environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficient with the English language.

Other Qualifications_

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Experience working with an ERP system is not required but is a plus.
  • Able to work in a general office environment.
  • Be able to pass a background check and drug test for preemployment screening.
  • Legally permitted to work in the United States.
