Description

The tasks primarily include:

  • Professional support of the project team in project-related, commercial and organizational areas as well as assistance and support of the project manager, also on site at the construction site
  • Coordination of appointments and meetings as well as their preparation and follow-up
  • Organization and support of reporting (monthly reports, meeting minutes, protocols)
  • Support of contract and cost management, e.g. in the pre-examination and management of contracts, claims for additional costs, invoices, amendments and general correspondence with contractors, planners and other project participants
  • Maintenance of the project database and cloud storage, access management, document control
  • Creation of project-related presentations and reports
