    • Lewiston, MEDescriptionLiving Innovations provides support to people with disabilities to have a good life at home and in the communityAs a community case manager for Living Innovations you will be responsible for supporting Living Innovations mission, vision, and values within your assigned region.
    To accomplish this you must role model LI's values (as outlined on our website) and provide leadership, supervision, professional development and growth opportunities to all assigned staff.

    You will also be responsible for ensuring quality delivery of all services and programs for individuals supported in your region.

    Customer service will be crucial in your new role.

    You will be responsible for a positive and productive program with overall morale of staff and satisfaction for the individuals and families supported.


    QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:


    High school diploma or equivalentBachelors degree required in psychology, behavioral health, social work, special education, rehabilitation, nursing or a closely related field.


    One year of experience in IDD/Autism requiredSKILLS:
    Ability to make wellreasoned decisions, both independently and as part of a teamAbility to use discretion in handling confidential informationAbility to use effective written/verbal communication skills with coworkers, family members, guardians, and individuals at all levels of the organizationAbility to manage, prioritize, and carry out multiple tasksAbility to work collaboratively and effectively with individuals at all levels of the organizationMust possess effective coping skills, such as flexibility in dealing with issues typical to a social service settingAbility to resolve or facilitate the resolution of complex problemsKnowledge of regulatory and legislative standards related to services provided by the organizationEquivalent combination of education and experienceValid state issued drivers license, current vehicle insurance declaration and vehicle registrationMust pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policiesCertifications will vary per state regulation and program needs
