JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Nurse Practitioner - Inpatient/Outpatient Pediatric Urology DESCRIPTION/

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work Schedule : 80% FTE; core hours between 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Opportunity to work 50% of the role remote.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to:

Provide care to pediatric urology patients in an outpatient setting
Conduct comprehensive or episodic health history and physical assessment of patients with acute, chronic and/or potential health problems.
Provide remote (telehealth) services to patients with bowel and bladder dysfunction
Assist in diagnosis, management and care coordination of urologic patients with comorbid neuropsychiatric conditions
Perform routine clinical procedures independently as outlined in practice agreements/scope of practice including, but not limited to: catheter insertions, catheter changes, and complex bladder irrigation. OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Education :
Minimum - Master\'s or Doctorate\'s degree from accredited Nursing Program

Licenses and Certifications :
Minimum

State of Wisconsin NP * Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND * Active board certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner-Primary Care * Must have Pediatric Primary Care Mental Health Specialist (PMHS) certification or be willing to obtain within 2 years of hire.
