- Provide the highest quality of care for our patients by diagnosing and treating diseases of the skin, hair, nails and mucous membranes.
- Care for adult patients with general dermatology issues commonly encountered in an outpatient setting.
- Incorporate procedures such as shave and punch removal, cryotherapy, and intralesional injections and treatments into your daily practice.
- Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND
- Active board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice. These may include the following: Adult; Adult/Gerontology Primary Care; Family.
- Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND
- Active PA board certification

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our ambulatory care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant:
If Nurse Practitioner:
Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program
If Physician Assistant:
Bachelor's or Master's degree from accredited PA Program
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum - State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure
If Nurse Practitioner*:
*Active license or eligibility to obtain active licensure in state of practice. This may include licensing in Wisconsin and other state(s) of practice.

Eastpark Medical Center - UW Health's new state-of-the-art ambulatory facility will transform the patient experience and offer cutting-edge proton therapy. This 469,000-square-foot ambulatory facility will house many specialties, including women's complex care, adult cancer care, advanced imaging and laboratory services and innovative clinical trials. It will be located across from East Madison Hospital on Eastpark Dr. and is slated to open in fall 2024.
