- Attend to the acute and chronic needs of patients of all ages.
- Conduct yearly check-ups and oversee health maintenance for our family medicine patients.
- Provide asynchronous care by managing inbasket tasks.
- Independently carry out regular clinical procedures such as wart removal, pap smears, IUD removal, IUD/Nexplanon placement, and skin lesion removals.
- Handle inbasket workload efficiently.
- Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND
- Active board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice. These may include: Family.
- Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND
- Active PA board certification.

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll have a key role in our outpatient care teams by offering top-notch, cost-effective care to patients.
We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant to:
Education:
If Nurse Practitioner: Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nursing Program.
If Physician Assistant: Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited PA Program.
Work Experience:
Required - Two (2) years of relevant clinical experience.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum - State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure
