Spherion is hiring an Operations Supervisor for our client in Fort Wayne The ideal candidate will have proven success in implementing new procedures in an assembly-type environment and overseeing multiple departments.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working alongside their teams each day to achieve their goalsResponsibilities:
