Full-time, permanent position available immediately

Your role:

  • Responsible for daily organization, safety, performance management, planning, resource control, and communication
  • Manage, coordinate, and monitor maintenance activities for Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, and Generators at various RWE sites
  • Respond to emergency repair requests and troubleshoot problematic equipment
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customer representatives for installation, calibration, repair, and maintenance at RWE sites
  • Develop outage schedules, coordinate subcontractors and labor, check necessary parts, and provide job status reports to customers
  • Maintain a strong safety mindset and ensure work is performed in accordance with RWE safety standards
  • Conduct walkdowns during maintenance activities to ensure contractors are working properly

Your qualifications:

  • Technician degree or equivalent
  • Relevant experience and demonstrated success/knowledge in gas/steam turbine, generator, and auxiliary system maintenance
  • Strong project management and planning skills (experience with Microsoft Project preferred)
  • Extensive technical and maintenance knowledge of gas
