- Facilitate the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining relevant KPIs and updating senior management during scheduled meetings.
- Manage and upkeep customer information and workflows within the CRM
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments to ensure smooth communication and delivery of bid and sales status updates.
- Engage in training sessions on HubSpot updates and features, subsequently disseminating relevant information to the team as needed.
- Monitor and track existing bids to help bring them to successful completion.
- Strengthen team members and peers in attaining company objectives, while managing sales information dashboards, reports, and data quality.
- Oversee cold outreach relationships to maintain a steady flow of deals into the sales channels
- Coordinate sales events and tradeshows, occasionally attending and managing related purchases.
- Maintain an inventory of sales presentation and marketing materials, including slides, brochures, business cards, and company apparel.
- Develop and deliver presentations, both internally for KPI data and externally for customer-facing purposes.
- Coordinate and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns across all company entities.
- Update and maintain company websites, social media accounts, vehicle branding, and customer contact lists.
- Analyze market trends, conduct research, and identify target audiences and opportunities to exceed marketing objectives.
- Prepare and distribute quarterly newsletters to the customer base.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- HubSpot experience is required
- A minimum of 2 years of marketing, sales, and social media experience
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Superb customer relationship building ability
- Organized, detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks in the order of importance
- Strong Microsoft Office experience with as focus on PowerPoint and Excel
- WordPress experience a plus
- Ability to work fully in the office daily
- Construction industry or related field preferred
