As the Marketing Coordinator at OIBO, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our orthopaedic practice and enhancing our brand presence in the healthcare market in Monmouth, Ocean, and Middlesex County. You will be responsible for implementing and managing various marketing initiatives and campaigns, with a strong emphasis on utilizing digital platforms and social media to engage with patients and referring physicians.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase OIBO's online presence and brand awareness.
• Manage the practice's website, ensuring it is up-to-date, informative, and user-friendly.
• Create and optimize content for social media platforms, email marketing, and online advertising.

Social Media Management:

• Develop, maintain, and grow OIBO's social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Create engaging, informative, and visually appealing content to foster community engagement and attract new patients.
• Monitor social media channels for trends and conversations relevant to orthopaedic care.

Content Creation:

• Generate high-quality content including blog posts, videos, infographics, and patient testimonials to educate and inform our audience.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to create content that showcases OIBO's expertise in orthopaedic care.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Use data insights to refine marketing strategies and improve the ROI of marketing efforts.

Community Engagement:

• Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, referring physicians, and community organizations to promote OIBO's services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in marketing software, social media platforms, and content management systems.
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
• Understanding of healthcare marketing regulations and HIPAA compliance (Preferred)
• Self-motivated, creative, and results-driven with strong attention to detail.
• An interest in and understanding of orthopaedic care and medical terminology is advantageous.
