    Description


    As the Assistant Project Manager, you will assist the Project Manager whose responsibility is to oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects and assigned construction crews.

    This front-line management position helps lead their team to operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist your assigned project manager with each project.
    • Uploading of key project documentation such as project notes, pictures, status updates, etc
    • Schedule, coordinate, and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects including subcontractors
    • Review job site documentation to support the services provided
    • Establish and maintain a high level of quality and professionalism on each job site
    • Maintain written communication with the project manager, customers, teammates, and vendors
    • Perform quality control checks during each phase of reconstruction
    • Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Project Manager with managing customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
    • Provide priority response to potential customers
    • Be able to communicate changes to a job site's work detail to subcontractors while minimizing delays.
    Position Requirements

    • Valid driver's license
    • High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
    • At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience
    • At least 3 years of industry experience
    • IICRC certification preferred
    • Ability to read Xactimate estimates preferred
    Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

    • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
    • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
    • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
    • Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
    • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
