Primary Responsibilities
Supervision of warehouse staff members.
Ensuring compliance of health and safety policies.
Manage inbound flow, put away strategy and ensure warehouse space and storage optimization.
Leads receiving and delivery processes in training, assists in action plans to improve performance, and ensures daily execution.
Maintains facilities and housekeeping.
Maintains daily production and accuracy records.
Assist other departments as needed.
Qualifications
2+ years of supervisory or related experience
1+ year(s) of mechanic or related experience
Ability to speak English and Spanish preferred
Possess polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary software
Minimum of HSD/GED
Able to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Hours
40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required
8:30 am to 5:00 pm
