About us:

Bürgerhospital is a Level 1 perinatal center with over 4,000 births annually in the popular Frankfurt Nordend district. This makes us one of the busiest birthing facilities in Germany. In addition to uncomplicated natural births, we also support many high-risk births, including premature and multiple births.

Our goal is to provide expectant mothers with an environment that offers both the safety of modern obstetrics and the comfort of alternative birthing methods such as homeopathy, acupuncture, and water births.

Our team of midwives consists of a variety of personalities:

forward-thinkers, open-minded individuals, and reflective thinkers; those with extensive professional experience and those who are just starting to build their careers.

Your profile:

You have successfully completed midwifery training
We are looking for supportive and creative colleagues who also have the opportunity to offer courses on "All About Birth" in our family center

Your responsibilities:

We support each other and learn from one another, all with the same goal: to give women time and space to give birth and to only use obstetrics when necessary.
We place great importance on making women feel as comfortable as possible, which is why we guide them through different birthing positions and offer options such as water births. Our success with these methods can be seen in our very low rates of episiotomies and cesarean sections.
