Your responsibilities:


  • Ensure the safety, security, and wellbeing of the residents
  • Provide comprehensive assistance with daily activities through guidance, supervision, accompaniment, and support of the residents
  • Offer activation programs in individual and group settings, taking into account the interests and abilities of the residents

Your profile:


  • Qualification according to the guidelines of § 43b, 53c SGB XI
  • Experience in caring for people with dementia
  • A positive attitude towards elderly, sick, and disabled people
  • Good observation skills
  • Empathy towards residents with dementia (calm, balanced behavior)
  • Social competence and communication skills (nonverbal communication)
  • Reliability and sense of responsibility
  • Teamwork and independent
