- HR Operations
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR Department
- Maintain employee data in the Firm's HR Information System, and employee personnel files
- Process onboarding new hires and terminations
- Monitor the HR inbox for employee questions related to compliance and policies
- Perform ad-hoc reports and audits on employee data and records
- Benefits
- Enroll and terminate employees from benefit plans and programs
- Schedule New Hire Benefits Orientations
- Assist with monitoring the Benefits Inbox
- Payroll
- Assist with manual data entry upon hire
- Perform regular data audits
- Assist Payroll Manager each pay period with reviewing and handling payroll service tickets
- Training
- Conduct and assist with New Hire Orientation
- Prepare physical materials for in-person trainings
- Coordinate with the Learning and Development Manager with any back-end needs for trainings
- Administration
- Calendar monthly team meetings
- Assist with backup reception duties on occasion
- Process incoming department mail
- Prepare documents and memos when needed
- Support HR department in various ad-hoc projects throughout the year (e.g. open enrollment, performance reviews, employee surveys, etc.)
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Self-motivated with excellent organization skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills a must
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset

- High School Diploma

Reports To: Director of HR Operations
Department: Human Resources
Location: Westwood
Your Role: This role will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties to support the Human Resources Department. Reporting to the Director of HR Operations, the HR Assistant will help with payroll, benefits, trainings, and operational tasks. This role will be vital in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the department to run smoothly, and efficiently.
