- Compensation: Based upon experience, between $15.00 & $20.00 hourly
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years administrative experience
- Must have a valid driver license and acceptable driving record
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Quick Books Experience a Must
- Strong sense of personal accountability
- Comfortable working independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Create Repair Orders, Service Orders, and invoicing through QuickBooks.
- Set up new inventory items, create PO's, and receive inventory through QuickBooks.
- Track and maintain inventory including regular inventory counts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendor contacts.
- Provide excellent customer service to walk in, call in, and internet customers.
- Assist both internal and external customers with parts identification, orders, and scheduling service.
- Update and maintain pricing as per monthly updates.
- Handle warranty claims from submission to tracking until payments are received.
- Complete and submit daily reconciliation.
- Provide daily content for social media platforms to drive brand awareness.
