    Job Type:

    Qualifications:
    High School diploma or equivalent required2 years administrative experienceMust have a valid driver license and acceptable driving recordStrong organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel and OutlookQuick Books Experience a MustStrong sense of personal accountabilityComfortable working independentlyStrong written and verbal communication skills

    Responsibilities Include:
    Create Repair Orders, Service Orders, and invoicing through QuickBooks.
    Set up new inventory items, create PO's, and receive inventory through QuickBooks.
    Track and maintain inventory including regular inventory counts.
    Develop and maintain relationships with vendor contacts.
    Provide excellent customer service to walk in, call in, and internet customers.
    Assist both internal and external customers with parts identification, orders, and scheduling service.
    Update and maintain pricing as per monthly updates.
    Handle warranty claims from submission to tracking until payments are received.
    Complete and submit daily reconciliation.
    Provide daily content for social media platforms to drive brand awareness.
