Our company is a successful, family-owned business in the interior construction industry, located in Dresden.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Officer / Personnel Manager to join our HR team and take on responsibility for various personnel-related tasks.


Location:
Dresden and HomeOffice


Employment:
Full-time, permanent

Full-time


Your responsibilities:

  • Handling all administrative processes from hiring and employee support to termination of employment
  • Correspondence with authorities, health insurance companies, and social security agencies, as well as processing of certificates and reports
  • Participation in HR projects and taking on special personnelrelated tasks, as well as potential support in recruiting
  • Contributing to the design and development of our existing personnel processes
  • General personnel administration tasks
  • Participation in personnel planning
  • Planning and monitoring of personnel requirements and deployment
  • Support in apprentice supervision

Your profile:

  • 1 year of professional experience in HR or a similar position
  • Basic knowledge of labor law and ideally social security law
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Structured and independent work style with high quality standards
  • Reliability, resilience, and strong service orientation
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Polish is desirable
