Restaurant and Banquet Manager (m/f/d):


Are you a natural host with a constant smile on your face?


As a
Restaurant and Banquet Service Manager (m/f/d), you are the first point of contact for our guests in the restaurant and banquet area.

With your service team, you are responsible for ensuring smooth operations in the day-to-day business and have the following tasks:

  • Independent management and coordination of the restaurant and banquet service
  • Service at breakfast, lunch, or dinner events of all kinds
  • Care for the à la carte business in the "Alte Schule" restaurant
  • Care and advice for guests before and during their stay
  • Placing orders for the restaurant and banquet area
  • Creating invoices cash responsibility creating settlements
  • Refilling food and beverage buffets mise en place work
  • Training and mentoring new employees, including apprentices
  • Smooth communication with all departments of the hotel
  • Proficient use of the cash system after training)
