This defined retirement benefit requires a 12.29% monthly contribution rate and includes a 100% employer match on Day 1- Learn more at- Work With Us | Maricopa County, AZWe Require- Two years of experience providing administrative/clerical support- Associate degree in real estate, business administration, or a closely related field- A combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis.

We Value- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or a closely related field- Two years of work experience in any of the following: acquisition of real estate; real property rights; title and escrow services; contract or grant writing; government land operations; land planning; property engineering; space leasing; property management; and real property appraising/assessing- Real Estate, International Right of Way Association, and/or American Public Works Association coursework, designation(s), or certification(s)- Highly proficient with Microsoft Access, Word, and Excel- Experience with ESRI ArcMap or ArcPro


Job Contributions- Maintain MCDOT Real Estate database and encode required data from recorded documents and Board approved and recorded Annexation, Abandonment, Road File documents, and FCD recorded documents into the FCD database- Produce and process (log, enter, route, deliver) documents of routine nature such as purchase agreements, conveying documents, rights of entry, easements, deeds, and licenses/leases.

Maintain spreadsheet for tracking requests including assigning, requesting, and verifying through completion- Process RED documents to the Board of Supervisors.

Process and invoice Warrant Requests for RED staff- Prepare MCDOT yearly real estate asset Additions and Deletions report for State auditors- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, work independently and in team/group settings- Learn job-related material primarily through oral instruction and observation, and perform other duties as assigned- Oversee title report orders for MCDOT, FCD, Property Management, and General County.

This includes processing invoices and ensuring that the report's information is accurate and in line with the terms of the title contract- Assess and prioritize multiple tasks, assist RED staff with various demands, able to maintain positive working relationships with other employees, agencies, clients, customers, and the public- Examine completed projects for any materials that need to be retained and manage record transfer forms in accordance with Arizona state law and the department's approved retention plan


Working Conditions- Typically office or administrative work and is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
