Join our Analytics & AI team in St.

Louis, MI where you will be at the forefront of technical innovation and play a crucial role in shaping our data strategy.

As a member of this team, you will work closely with data product teams and business stakeholders to build data solutions.


Your responsibilities will include discussing analytics needs with stakeholders, designing potential solutions, and implementing agreed-upon data engineering and analytics solutions.

You should have a strong background in data solutions and analytics engineering, with experience building and maintaining data products such as reports, dashboards, and data flows.

Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Power BI is required, and experience with Azure and Databricks is a plus.

This is a hybrid remote role based in St. Louis, MI, with the option to work remotely 2-3 days per week. Relocation or travel costs will be covered if needed.


In this role, you will:

  • Understand stakeholder needs and design optimal solutions
  • Work with complex data structures, including data lakes and legacy Excel sheets
  • Write ETL code, check and model data, design dashboards, and effectively communicate with stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with Data, Analytics & AI Solution Teams
  • Continuously learn and take on tasks outside of the standard tool stack
