    Description

    The role of Director of Global Account Management is a key position within the company, responsible for managing client relations and account strategy on a global scale. This role plays a crucial part in upholding the core values of the company, ensuring high client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.



    Open to all locations across APAC

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    - Responsible for managing domestic and international client relations, account strategy, trend analysis, and identifying opportunities for upselling products to existing clients.
    - Maintain a high level of client satisfaction with cost-effective programs and services.
    - Serve as the primary contact for corporate clients regarding their relocation programs.
    - Collaborate with the policy consulting department to research and suggest policy changes for improved program effectiveness.
    - Resolve complex client issues to ensure maximum satisfaction.
    - Prepare and deliver client reports as needed, conduct client reviews, and identify revenue optimization opportunities.

    - Partner with various teams to achieve client goals by monitoring and measuring metrics in an audit-driven environment.
    - Communicate policy changes internally and lead client update meetings with operations teams.

    - Work with the implementation team to ensure a smooth client transition.

    - Support the Relocation Operations training department as required, providing mentoring, training, and feedback to team members.

    - Compile and present reports to clients in a consistent format as per their requests.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS

    - Minimum 3 years of experience in domestic or international relocation management, including operational management.
    - Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in team management.
    - 2-5 years of corporate client or account management experience is preferred.
    - Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and financial/accounting skills.
    - Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
    - Outstanding project management and negotiation abilities.
    - Proficiency in business application technology with a global living/working background.
