    About the Role:


    As the Medical Strategy Lead, Rare Syndromes, you'll shape the destiny of Fintepla's medical endeavors, hand in hand with our esteemed leadership team.

    Your expertise in epilepsy, particularly focusing on DEEs, will be pivotal in crafting and executing our medical plan with finesse.

    This role isn't just about strategy; it's about leveraging profound insights to propel our mission forward within the labyrinth of medical affairs.


    What You'll Do:

    • Forge the path forward by spearheading strategic initiatives and ensuring seamless execution of medical plans for Fintepla, all while aligning with our global objectives.
    • Your decisions will resonate across our organization, influencing functional strategies in the dynamic landscape of the US region.
    • Cultivate deep-rooted relationships with key opinion leaders and regulatory bodies, fostering a symphony of scientific engagement that transcends boundaries.
    • Uphold the highest standards of compliance, navigating the intricate web of regulations with precision and integrity.
    • Mentor and guide a team of brilliant minds, fostering an environment where innovation thrives and excellence reigns supreme.
    • Collaborate closely with R&D, providing invaluable support for clinical trials and research endeavors that shape the future of healthcare.
    • Champion the review and approval processes, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision and unwavering commitment to ethical practices.
    • Harness your expertise to cultivate a culture of continuous learning, equipping our teams with the knowledge and skills needed to drive success.

    Join forces with esteemed colleagues across Medical Affairs, Real-World Evidence, Compliance, and Global Medical Information, forming a formidable alliance dedicated to transforming lives.

    Interested? For this role, we're looking for the following education, experience, and skills


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Doctorate (Pharm.
    D., MD, or Ph.
    D.)

    • Minimum of 8 years medical affairs experience
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing/leading a team
    • Minimum of 3 years of expertise in Drug Evaluation and Education

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Must have solid knowledge of the US pharma environment and healthcare ecosystems and relevance for the business
    • Must have a proven track record of contribution to commercial, medical, and/or clinical development strategies in the US
    • Must have the ability to travel up to 25%
    • Successful track record of initiating and leading cross-business/cross-functional planning, collaborating and solution-building
    • Experience in leading teams and working with cross-functional teams and matrix teams
    This position's reasonably anticipated base salary range is $177,200-$232,575 per year.

    The actual salary offered will consider internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
