D YOUR TASKS:

  • Professional and disciplinary responsibility for employees in your assigned properties
  • Responsibility for providing the contractually agreed services for the assigned property
  • Central point of contact for the customer for all questions related to technical building management (TGM)
  • Management of the property team and planning of personnel deployment, as well as ensuring internal performance accounting for assigned employees
  • Object and budget responsibility within the managed properties

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Degree in the field of building services engineering / electrical engineering / technical building management
  • Several years of professional experience in FM / TGA
  • Professional experience in the field of building management
