With the EUREF Campus Düsseldorf, EUREF AG is creating an international showcase for the energy transition. It is the second innovation campus of its kind in Germany. Schneider Electric is not only the anchor tenant here, but also a supplier of numerous products and solutions that contribute to achieving the energy goals for 2050 even before the campus is operational.

As a receptionist, you will be the friendly face of Schneider Electric at the EUREF Campus reception for our executives, employees, customers, visitors, and suppliers.

Your responsibilities:
  • Coordinating incoming national and international calls
  • General reception service for visitors and forwarding
  • Event planning and organization, including room bookings and catering registrations
  • Interface with Schneider Electric Security on security issues
  • On-site data management and media technology knowledge
