Join Ramelow as a team leader (m/f/d) in full-time (37.5 hours/week) at our store in Uelzen.

As a team leader on the ground floor, you will play a central role in our company. You not only lead your team, but also contribute to the success of our departments. Your interest in fashion and knowledge of current trends make you an important point of contact for everyone.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning and implementing a salesoriented and spaceadapted staffing plan
  • Strategic leadership and motivation of the team through various types of conversations
  • Building a trusting relationship within the team through the use of empathetic leadership skills
  • Promoting team members through training and practical instruction on the sales floor
  • Demonstrating an open approach to new media
  • Conducting marketing activities and promotions, as well as effective complaint management with a solutionoriented approach

Qualifications:

  • Several years of experience in retail, ideally in a leadership position
  • Passion for fashion and trends
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
  • Organizational skills and a reliable work ethic
  • Teamwork and assertiveness
