Description
Health Supplemental InsuranceOverall Operations - Oversee all aspects of operations by exercising demonstrated knowledge and experience in all phases of hotel management, including sales and marketing, food and beverage, revenue management and the rooms division.
Goals and Action Plans - Work with the executive team to establish goals and objectives that coordinate with the overall hotel wide goals and objectives.
Develop Executive Team
Train executive team and keep them informed of company policies and observe their performance. Delegates responsibilities, hold them responsible for standards set forth by Crown and the Brand. Assists them in improving their level of performance.
Employee Relations - Works with executive team and employees directly and counsels employees when necessary. Establishes programs to improve employee morale and motivation. Delegates work responsibilities to best utilize all personnel.
Problem Resolution - Works to resolve issues or problems that guests may experience.
Additional Tasks - Performs other related duties as assigned.
