We are looking for a smart and motivated team member to join our Division Homeland Security at our location in Essen as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

You will manage and expand our production infrastructure, continuously modernizing it.
You will develop automated processes for provisioning, configuration, and monitoring of our infrastructure.
You will automate the installation of test and demo environments for our projects and products.
You will act as a liaison between development, quality assurance, and support.

You have successfully completed a degree or vocational training in the IT field.
You have previous experience in DevOps, software development, or administration.
You have a strong DevOps mindset.
You are proficient in Linux and Windows and have a solid understanding of networking.
You have experience with virtualization tools such as VMware or Proxmox, as well as container virtualization like Docker.
Infrastructure as Code is not a foreign concept to you, and you are familiar with tools like Ansible.
You are skilled in creating scripts using Shell, Batch, Powershell, or Python.
You have optional experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git.
