The subsidiary operates in an 132 K sq. ft. production facility with 200employees.
Job Description

Management of an operational accounting team.

All necessary tasks within the scope of management (development of personnel as well as the operational and procedural framework conditions).

Independent participation in the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements of the respective company with all necessary individual tasks (Variance analysis on actuals, Assist with month- end close, Review results.)
Independently taking on special tasks when converting to USGAAP/IFRS
Independent examination of complex business relationships and issues as part of a consulting function
Initiating and participating in the optimization of financial processes
Application of methods and instruments of financial and investment planning and preparation of planning calculations
Ensuring effective communication with internal and external interfaces and partners
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and at least 5 years of experience in a comparable position in an industrial environment with management responsibility.

5 years'general ledger or audit experience
3-4 years in a leadership role
3-4 years in Fixed Assets systems
