  • Your tasks in detail are:
  • Support us in needs assessment and concept development for talent management programs and leadership development
  • Assist us in planning, coordinating, and conducting training events and concepts of different formats (virtual, inperson, blended learning)
  • Create and revise L&Drelated content in various forms, including for trainings/workshops
  • Manage the (digital) mailbox and communication of L&D content
